A quick and easy recipe for fresh crawfish tails. No need to get fancy if you have good crawfish. Get it cooked and get it into your mouth ASAP.

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 cups chopped crawfish tails
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1. Melt butter and water in a saucepan over medium heat. When water comes to a boil, add crawfish and put a lid on the saucepan.
2. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking the saucepan every minute or so to keep the fish from sticking to the pan.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve.
