Serves: 4- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 cups chopped crawfish tails
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Melt butter and water in a saucepan over medium heat. When water comes to a boil, add crawfish and put a lid on the saucepan.
