Ingredients

120 ml chicken broth
300 g celery. washed, trimmed
1 tbsp flour
  salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions


Heat the stock in a skillet large enough to hold the celery in a single layer. Add the celery to the skillet and stir to wet.

Sprinkle in the flour and salt and pepper and stir until the flour is no longer visible.

Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook until the celery is tender, stirring occasionally.
