Marmalade cake recipe details
Ingredients
200 ml | vegetable oil |
4 tbsp | marmelade |
3 medium | eggs |
180 g | castor sugar |
4 tbsp | milk |
340 g | flour |
½ tsp | bicarbonate of soda |
almonds, to decorate | |
marmelade, to decorate |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C. Grease and line an 20cm tin.Combine all ingredients and pour into the tin.
Bake for 90 minutes. Remove from oven and spread top with marmalade and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
