Serves: 8- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 5×9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
