Ingredients
4 | large red apples, peeled, cored and diced |
200 ml | water |
50 g | white sugar |
½ tsp | ground cinnamon |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and cook on medium heat until just boiling. Then cover and simmer on medium low for 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are soft. Mash with a fork or blend until smooth. Serve hot or refrigerated.This recipe makes about 600g of applesauce.
