Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 round prepared pizza dough
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 large shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 13 mins1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
2. Distribute the cornmeal over a round pizza pan and place the pizza dough on top, stretching out to fit the pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
3. Top with apples and shallots, then sprinkle cheese over the top.
4. Bake for 8 more minutes, until pizza crust is light brown and the cheeses have melted.
