Dulce De Leche Cream Cake Recipe

1. Yellow cake mix (1 box about 18 ounce)
2. chopped pecans and almonds, toasted (1/3c)
3. vanilla (1tsp)
4. powdered sugar (1/4c)
5. heavy whipping cream (2c)
6. caramel ice cream topping (1/3c)
7. sweetened condensed milk (1 can about 14 ounce)
Method of preparation
1. First make the cake mix according to the instructions on box. Take a baking pan of 13*9-inch, bake cake in it and then place the pan on wire rack to cool it.
2. Take a large microwave safe bowl; put sweetened condensed milk in it. Place it in microwave for about 4 minutes on medium power and stir it once. Then reduce the power to low and microwave it for 16 to 24 minutes, stir it every few minutes until it becomes thick and light caramel in color.
3. Stir in caramel topping. Then take out the bowl from microwave and keep it to cool for about 15 minutes. Now spread it on cake and cool it completely. Take a large mixing bowl, beat whipping cream in it until soft peaks get form.
4. Add vanilla and sugar in it and again beat it. Spread the whipping cream over the cake and dust nuts over it. Place the cake in refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours and then serve it.
