Duke of cambridge pudding recipe details
Ingredients
8 tbsp | butter |
4 tbsp | sugar |
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
40 g | candied peel, finely chopped |
Instructions
Roll out pastry in a flan dish and cover the bottom with candied peel.Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar. Keep stirring constantly until melted. Add the egg yolks, stir well and bring to the boil.
Pour mixture over the candied peel.
Bake at 150°C until the top is brown.
