Bacon Ranch Potatoes are the perfect BBQ grilling appetizer for a party of any size. These potatoes are now requested by all of our family and friends whenever someone is throwing a BBQ party.

Ingredients
Makes: 8 skewers- 1 (24 ounce) bag baby potatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) package bacon, cut in half
- 2 packages ranch dressing mix
- 8 (6-inch) bamboo or metal skewers
Preparation method
Prep: 40 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Boil the baby potatoes until soft enough to easily poke with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain well and place into a large bowl. Sprinkle with one packet of ranch dressing mix, and toss the potatoes to evenly coat.
2. Preheat grill for medium-low heat, or preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
3. Wrap each half slice of bacon around each potato, and place three on each skewer. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, then sprinkle with the second packet of ranch dressing mix.
4. Cook on the grill or in the oven. On the grill flip every 4 or 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Cook until the bacon reaches your desired degree of doneness, 20 to 25 minutes.Other ideas
I prefer using baby purple potatoes as they are softer and look amazing, but any baby potato will do.
Serving suggestion:Serve with a side of ranch dressing dip.
