Different but very yummy cheesecake.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 envelope (7 grams) unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (15.4 ounce) can Nestle(R) La Lechera Dulce de Leche
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 tablespoon sugar whipped until soft peaks form
- 1 prepared 10-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation method
Prep: 3 hours 30 mins1. Mix gelatin and hot water in a small bowl until dissolved.
2. Beat cream cheese and Dulce de Leche until creamy. Stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla.
3. Fold in whipped cream and pour into crust.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
