Duck in red wine recipe details
Ingredients
3 | ducks, quartered or halved |
250 ml | red wine |
1 tsp | ginger, fresh, grated |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
50 g | sugar, dark brown |
Instructions
Trim off fat and BBQ smoke duck for 2 or 3 hours.For the marinade mix together red wine, ginger, dry mustard and brown sugar.
Remove from BBQ smoker and marinate in marinade mixture overnight.
Barbeque until done, 45 – 60 minutes. Baste with marinade while broiling.
