Serves: 4- 4 bagels, split
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, slightly softened
- 1 to 2 pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 8 thin slices roast turkey breast
- 4 slices pastrami
Preparation method
