Bagels piled high with turkey and pastrami, with a simple homemade spread. A big breakfast that takes just 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 4 bagels, split
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, slightly softened
  • 1 to 2 pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 8 thin slices roast turkey breast
  • 4 slices pastrami

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1. Toast the bagels. Meanwhile, stir cream cheese, pickles, and parsley together in a bowl.
2. Spread bagels with the cream cheese mixture. On each of the four of the bagel halves, set a tomato slice, 2 slices of turkey, and a slice of pastrami. Top with the other bagel halves and serve.
