Dipping fish sauce recipe details
Ingredients
3 tbsp | fish sauce |
3 tbsp | rice vinegar |
2 tbsp | white sugar |
125 ml | water |
3 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
2 | bird’s eye chilli, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
Instructions
Combine fish sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Stir well and cook over medium heat until just the boiling point. Allow to cool.Stir through garlic, chilli and lime juice.
Makes about 200 ml. Can be used as a dipping sauce, in dresssings and marinades.
