Dill shrimp pasta salad recipe details
A nice twist to your standard shrimp salad. I made this recipe when I had tons of dill in my garden and needed something to do with it. Enjoy! 🙂

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 package shell shaped pasta, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound small shrimp, canned or fresh
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced then quartered
- 3 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- salt to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 2 hours 25 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Boil the pasta until just tender, about 12 minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill and pepper.
3. Add the pasta, shrimp, celery, cucumber, shallots and tomato and toss.
4. Add salt to taste and chill at least 2 hours.
