Ingredients
Makes: 1 cup- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash coarsely ground pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 7 mins1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic resealable bag. Use to marinate meats and vegetables before grilling.Note
Recipe makes just over 3/4 cup of marinade, enough for 1 1/2 pounds of steak.
