Easter ham recipe details
Ingredients
2 kg | boneless ham, cooked |
55 ml | honey |
5 tsp | mustard |
5 tsp | cloves, ground |
5 tsp | cinnamon, ground |
300 ml | lemon lime soda |
Instructions
Put ham and lemon-lime soda into a crock pot. Cover it and cook at 80°C for about 4-6 hours.In a bowl combine honey, cloves, mustard and cinnamon 30 minutes before serving. Add 3 tbsp drippings from ham in crock pot. Spread glaze over ham and continue cooking.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
