Delicious dairy free banana muffins recipe details
Ingredients
3 | over ripe bananas |
55 g | dairy free margarine, melted |
200 g | sugar |
250 g | flour |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | baking powder |
handful | walnuts, chopped, optional |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the margarine and sugar, then mix well.
Sift the flour, salt and sugar into the banana mixture and stir until combined.
Pour the muffin mixture into muffin tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are baked through.
