Gruyere cheese and garlic fondue recipe details
An easy fondue recipe with a hint of garlic for extra flavor.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 cloves garlic, cut in half lengthwise
- 3/4 pound Gruyere cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine (don’t use cooking wine)
- 1 tablespoon cherry brandy
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Rub the fondue pot with split garlic cloves. Pour milk and cheese into the pot and warm gently over low heat until cheese has melted.
2. Add wine and brandy, then season to taste with salt and white pepper.
3. When fondue is smooth and heated through, serve with long forks and bread cubes or vegetables for dipping.
