A Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
Serves: 10
- 1 small (8.5 ounce) can of green peas, drained
- 1 small (8.5 ounce) can of french green beans, drained
- 1 small (8.5 ounce) can of corn, drained
- 1 small jar of pimento, drained
- 1 large sweet pepper red or green or both, chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 5 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 small (8 ounce) jar green olives, drained
- 1 14 ounce can of ripe olives. drained
- 3 to 5 jalapeno pepper, chopped (seed or not depending on preference)
- 1 1/4 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of apple vinegar
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing (Kraft(R) Seven Seas is best.)
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins
1. Mix all vegetables together in a bowl.
2. Mix sugar, vinegar, and red wine vinaigrette together in a separate bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add to vegetables and mix.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
