Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 1/4 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper, and toss to distribute. Place in prepared baking dish.
3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine cream, garlic, and rosemary. Bring mixture right up close to the boiling point, but remove from heat before it boils, about 10 minutes. Remove garlic and rosemary.
4. Pour sauce over the potatoes in the baking dish and cover with the grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
