Danielle's quick and easy meat marinade recipe details
This easy marinade can be used for beef or chicken. I have not tried it on pork or fish as of yet as we are not big on those meats. We have used this marinade on venison though, and it is just as great. Makes meat nice and tender, the longer you marinade, the better!
Ready in: 5 mins
Ingredients
Makes: 3 cups- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle Worcestershire sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. In a mixing bowl, combine both bottles, making sure you dump both liquids completely in. Stir until liquids have been combined. If using right away, dump some of the liquid over chosen meat. Take rest of marinade and put back into empty bottle of dressing bottle and Worcestershire bottle if needed. Refrigerate. Next time you need it, just give it a quick shake and you are ready.
2. As for the meat, we have found that marinading for at least an hour is good, but as usual with any marinade, the longer the more tender it will be. The marinade makes any chicken or steak zestier and gives it a nice kick!
