1 tsp | coriander seeds, dry roast |
1 tsp | cumin seeds, dry roast |
1 tsp | fennel seeds, dry roast |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
½ tsp | turmeric powder |
1 pinch(es) | chilli powder |
2 | cloves |
4 | green cardamom pods |
1 pinch(es) | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Peel the cardamom seeds out of the shell.Grind up the coriander, cumin and cardamom seeds and cloves and mix well with the other ingredients.
Store in a dark place in an airtight container.
