Ingredients
24 medium | cucumbers, sliced thinly |
120 g | salt |
2 l | water |
1 tsp | curry powder |
600 ml | vinegar |
60 ml | mustard |
1 tbsp | celery seeds |
Instructions
Place the cucumbers in a bowl with salt and water. Let stand for 5 hours. Drain and rinse the cucumbers well.Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the cucumbers and bring to quick boil. Take from heat, fill into jars and seal.
