Ingredients
3 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp | orange juice |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | fresh ginger, minced |
2 tbsp | curry powder |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
½ tsp | freshly ground pepper |
1 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and blend well.Place vegetables of choice in a casserole dish and pour marinade over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Grill vegetables until tender.
