Curry Ginger Dip recipe
Ingredients
100 g | plain yoghurt |
200 g | cream cheese |
1 tbsp | single cream |
½ tsp | turmeric |
½ tsp | curry powder |
1 tbsp | ginger, freshly grated |
sea salt, to taste |
Instructions
Mix the yoghurt with the cream cheese and single cream until smooth. Stir in the ginger, curry and turmeric and season to taste with sea salt.
Serve the dip with falafel and vegetables or pita bread.
