Banana date bread recipe details
Ingredients
225 g | flour |
25 tsp | baking powder |
100 g | butter, in little pieces |
75 g | sugar |
125 g | dates, cut in pieces |
2 | bananas, mashed |
2 | eggs, beaten |
2 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Butter and line out a 20-25cm cake tin with parchement paper.Put flour and baking powder in a bowl and combine with the butter until you get a crumbly consistence. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until you have a smooth dough.
But in the cake tin and bake at about 160°C (preheated) for about 1 hour. Let cool in the cake tin.
