Curried rice recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | basmati rice |
2 tbsp | instant vegetable stock |
1 handful | raisins |
1 tbsp | curry powder |
½ tsp | sea salt |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a measuring jug and measure. Transfer into a saucepan and add twice the amount of water. Bring to a boil, switch down the heat to very low, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all liquid is soaked up and the rice is tender.Goes well with pork and poultry dishes.
