Curried broccoli and carrots recipe details
Ingredients
2 medium | onions, sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
60 ml | olive oil |
½ tsp | turmeric |
1 tsp | coriander |
1 tsp | cumin |
2 medium | carrots, peeled |
500 g | broccoli |
⅛ tsp | chili powder |
120 ml | water |
Instructions
Sauté onions and garlic in oil a few minutes over low heat. Stir in turmeric, coriander, and cumin.Add carrots, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and chili powder, and add the water.
Cover pan and cook until vegetables are tender.
