Ingredients
3 medium | onions, chopped |
1 ½ tbsp | butter |
450 g | bread crumbs |
230 g | red currants |
60 g | walnuts, chopped |
2 tsp | sage |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
sautee onions in butter until soft.In a bowl combined sauteed onion with the other ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill the cavity of the turkey.
If any stuffing remains, place in a casserole dish and bake at 180░C for 15 minutes before the turkey is ready to come out of the oven.
