Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 pound boneless chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 cup shredded Parmesean cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 packages of fettucine noodles
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 35 mins1. Put olive oil on the bottom of a 12 inch pan and brown chicken. Then add mushrooms and another splash of olive oil, and cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
2. in another sauce pan, add butter and cream cheese and cook until lumpy, then add milk and garlic, and mix with a whisk until creamy. Add Parmesan cheese and all spices. Put the meat and mushrooms into sauce and let sit for 3 minutes. cook noodles in water and put sauce over noodles…. ENJOY!!
