Crunchy granola cake recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | flour |
250 g | butter |
200 g | sugar |
4 | eggs |
200 g | nuts, grated |
1 glass(es) | apple sauce, chunky |
300 g | granola, crunchy (no chocolate!) |
200 g | apricot marmelade, to coat |
1 tbsp | water |
1 tbsp | sugar |
3 tsp | baking powder |
Instructions
Combine flour, butter, sugar, eggs, nuts and baking powder to a dough. Smear the dough on a buttered baking sheet. Put apple sauce and the granola on top .Bake at about 180°C for about 25 minutes. After the cake has cooled down, bring water, sugar and marmelade to a boil and coat the cake with it.
