Crunchy Chicken Breast recipe

|800 g||chicken breast fillet|
|250 g||sour cream|
|5 tsp||chili powder|
|1 tbsp||green onions, finely chopped|
|250 g||cornflakes, crushed|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Melt butter in a large baking pan in the oven. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Combine the sour cream, chili powder, and green onions and coat the chicken pieces with the sour cream mixture. Turn the coated chicken pieces in the crushed cornflakes.
Arrange the chicken pieces side by side in the melted butter in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
