- Ingredients
- 4 stale croissants
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Cut croissants in half from back to front. You will have two crescent shapes from each one. Beat half & half, vanilla, and eggs together. Dip each croissant half in the egg mixture, coating both sides. Place the almonds on a plate and press the cut side of the croissant into the almonds. Bake on a griddle at 350 degrees until brown on both sides. Serve with warm maple syrup.
