Crock pot hamburger hotdish recipe details
This recipe will fill you up on game day and is a crowd pleaser for potlucks, using hamburger, Tater Tots(R) and cream of mushroom soup. Serve with warm rolls if desired.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 (11 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (2 pound) package frozen Tater Tots(R)
- 1 (2 cup) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 3 hours1. Brown and drain ground beef in large skillet. Add soup, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper, and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.
2. Add 1/3 meat mixture to a slow cooker and top with a layer of Tater Tots, then a layer of cheese, and continue to layer until all ingredients are gone.
3. Set slow cooker on High for 1 hour, then turn to Low setting for 2 more hours.
