Crispy chicken breast with curry mayonnaise recipe details
Ingredients
1 head(s) | lettuce, or mixed green leaves |
2 | chicken breasts with skin on |
salt | |
pepper | |
paprika | |
3 tbsp | oil |
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | sour cream |
1 tsp | curry powder |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
some | whipping ceam |
1 | apple |
some | raisins |
Instructions
Mix the salt, pepper and paprika with the 3 tbsp of oil and marinate the chicken breast for at least 30 minutes in it. Then fry the chicken breast in a pan till they are really crisp. Set aside to cool.Now mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream, curry, salt, pepper and the garlic. You might need to add some whipping cream to make the sauce more liquid.
Wash and cut the salad leaves and put them into a dish.
Cut the apple into slices and decorate the salad leaves. Sprinkle with some raisins.
Cut the chicken breasts into slices and put on top.
Now add the curry mayonnaise to taste.
