Crispy baked basa recipe details
Ingredients1. 1 kg basa fillets
2. 1/2 cup almonds ground and shallow fried
3. 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
4. 1 tbsp flour
5. 2 tbsp cornmeal
6. 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
7. chopped parsley (2tbsp)
8. Lemon juice (2tbsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl, put the cheese, almonds, flour, lemon pepper, cornmeal and two tbsp of lemon juice and two tbsp chopped parsley. Blend these well.
2. Dip the fillets in the lemon juice and then in the almond mix and place in an ungreased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
