- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 packages vanilla pudding (instant)
- One 8-ounce package Philadelphiacream cheese
- 3 cup milk
- Whipped cream or 1 tub Cool Whipwhipped topping
- Chocolate syrup
Bring water and butter to rolling boil, add flour and stir hard until it comes away from the side of the pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time. Pat into a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
Mix milk, pudding and cream cheese until smooth. Pour over crust. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate.
