Ingredients

60 g brown sugar
125 ml red grape juice
250 ml balsamic vinegar

Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the sugar until caramelized. Dissolve with the juice. Pour in the vinegar and cook, stirring frequently, until reduced to 1/3.

Pour the crema di balsamico into a sterilized bottle and seal.

Goes well with tomato and mozzarella salad or any green salad.
