60 g | brown sugar |
125 ml | red grape juice |
250 ml | balsamic vinegar |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the sugar until caramelized. Dissolve with the juice. Pour in the vinegar and cook, stirring frequently, until reduced to 1/3.Pour the crema di balsamico into a sterilized bottle and seal.
Goes well with tomato and mozzarella salad or any green salad.
