Creamy Summer Squash recipe
Ingredients
500 g | summer squash, washed, shredded |
4 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | water |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
some | fresh basil leaves, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
240 ml | sour cream |
1 tbsp | flour |
Instructions
Combine squash, butter, water, salt and pepper, basil leaves, garlic in a small saucepan.
Cook until the squash is just tender, about 5 minutes.
Combine sour cream with 1 tablespoon flour and mix until smooth. Fold into squash. Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.
