A fancy appetizer in a different setting–inside browned wonton wrappers. Give it a try. With crab meat, cream, hot sauce and Parmesan cheese, this is going to be good.

Ingredients
Makes: 32 wonton cups
- 32 wonton wrappers
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 drops hot sauce
- 7 ounces premium crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat two mini-muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray. (You’ll need 32 mini muffin cups.)
2. Set the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups. Bake for about 8 minutes to brown.
3. Stir cream cheese together with cream, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Then add crab, green onions, and bell pepper.
4. Fill browned wonton cups with the mixture, top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for another 12 minutes until hot. Serve.
