I originally made this recipe up to dip some bacon-wrapped shrimp in, but we soon found out that it was good on all kinds of chips and crackers also!

Ingredients
Makes: 2 cups- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 (16 ounce) container cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a very smooth consistency.
