Ingredients

230 g butter
200 g brown sugar
100 g fruit sugar
1 tsp nutmeg, ground
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
400 g vanilla ice cream, softened
rum
boiling water

Instructions

Beat together the butter, both sugars and spices until well combined. Fold in the ice cream and mix well.

Put mixture into a container, seal and freeze.

To serve, spoon about 80g of the frozen mix into a mug, add a dash of rum and 120ml of boiling water. Stir well.
