Ingredients
230 g | butter |
200 g | brown sugar |
100 g | fruit sugar |
1 tsp | nutmeg, ground |
1 tsp | cinnamon, ground |
400 g | vanilla ice cream, softened |
rum | |
boiling water |
Instructions
Beat together the butter, both sugars and spices until well combined. Fold in the ice cream and mix well.Put mixture into a container, seal and freeze.
To serve, spoon about 80g of the frozen mix into a mug, add a dash of rum and 120ml of boiling water. Stir well.
