Ingredients
Serves: 1- Mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Cracked ice
- About 2 ounces Kentucky bourbon
- Extra sprigs of mint for garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Place a half-dozen or so mint leaves in a chilled glass (or a fancy traditional silver beaker, if you have one).
2. Spoon over sugar, then muddle.
3. Add cracked ice to the glass. (To crack ice, try shaking it vigorously in a cocktail shaker for about 20 seconds.)
4. Pour in bourbon, stir well, and add mint sprigs as garnish.
