|240 ml||single cream|
|60 g||butter, softened|
|20 ml||vegetable broth|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|50 g||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|salt, to taste|
InstructionsIn a small saucepan combine flour, butter, milk and chicken broth. Add garlic, and season with salt. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in cheese and serve immediately over pasta.
