|6 tbsp||freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tsp||plain flour|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|120 ml||double cream|
InstructionsIn a small saucepan combine the butter with cheese, flour and cream. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with pasta, potatoes or white bread.
