Ingredients
500 g | mushrooms |
120 ml | single cream |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | dry white wine |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Melt butter in pan and sauté onions until soft. Add mushrooms and sauté together with the onion. Add cream and wine and simmer until sauce begins to thicken a bit. Season with salt and pepper.Serve as a side dish on its own or with pasta or rice.
