Creamy cider sauce recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | crème fraîche |
200 ml | English cider |
200 ml | vegetable stock |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tsp | sauce thickener |
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the stock and the wine to a boil. Reduce the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the sauce thickener and simmer until thickened.Serve with e.g. glazed gammon.
