Creamy broccoli cheese tortellini recipe details
A quick and easy pasta dinner, and a great way to use that veggie standby, broccoli.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 (9 ounce) packages refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain.
2. While pasta is cooking: combine cream and broccoli in a large saucepan and set over medium-low heat. Cook for about 6 minutes, until broccoli is fork-tender.
3. Add 2 cups cheese and the black pepper. When cream comes to a boil, immediately turn heat down to low and cook for about 10 minutes to thicken.
4. Add drained tortellini and stir well. Top with parsley and the rest of the cheese and serve.
