Creamy artichoke dip recipe details
This is a hit at every party I have. It can be spread on slices of a baguette, or used as a dip with cubed french bread. This makes great leftovers. too!

Ingredients
Serves: 16- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 seeded and diced jalapeno (optional)
- 6 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Add chopped artichoke hearts and jalapeno pepper, if using, and mix. Add Parmesan cheese and continue mixing until mixed in well.
3. Put in oven-safe container and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
