Creamed Turkey in Stuffing recipe

Ingredients
400 g | turkey leftover, diced |
500 g | leftover stuffing |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 stalk(s) | celery, sliced |
1 ½ tbsp | butter |
1 ½ tbsp | flour |
300 ml | evaporated milk |
⅛ tsp | thyme |
½ tsp | poultry seasoning |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Press stuffing in bottom of a greased baking dish.
Sauté onion and celery in butter over medium and and stir in flour until well mixed.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk over low heat until sauce starts to thicken. Season to taste and mix well.
Spoon on top of stuffing, add diced turkey pieces and bake for 25-30 minutes.
